What payment methods does WirelessMicrophones.ca accept?

WirelessMicrophones.ca accepts payment by Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and bank accounts), Western Union Money Transfers, Interac Email Money Transfers (EMT) and Money Orders/Certified Cheques. Our checkout system allows you to choose one of the above methods of payment, then collects the necessary information that we require from you for that payment method.

After creating your order you will then be presented with an Order ID and the "What's Next" actions that will provide the information necessary to complete payment for your order based on your payment choice.

Is my financial information secure at WirelessMicrophones.ca?

Absolutely. All sensitive information is collected only through our secure 128 bit SSL server connection. All data transferred from your computer to our server is encrypted. Once it reaches our server it is then encrypted again and stored securely in our database. To be sure our website is always 100% safe and secure our server is scanned daily by McAfee Secure to ensure that all sensitive data is not vulnerable to hackers or other malicious users.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay with a Credit Card?

No. If you are paying by credit card and you would like to pay through PayPal but you do not have a PayPal account PayPal will allow you to continue with payment as a guest. When you arrive at the PayPal website simply look to the left where it says "Don't have a PayPal account?" and click the "Continue" link to complete payment. Of course, if you would like to pay via credit card and have WirelessMicrophones.ca process your credit card payment be sure to select "Credit Card" as your method of payment.

How can I pay using Western Union Money Transfer?

Our checkout system allows you to place your order and then purchase a Western Union Money Transfer from Western Union Online Website or by going to a local Western Union agent to send your payment. When you send payment you will receive a Money Transfer Control Number which you will then send to us by updating your order. We'll then use the Control Number to claim your payment after which your order will be shipped.

How can I pay instantly with Debit through my bank account (Canadian residents only)?

If you bank online in Canada with BMO, CIBC, RBC, Scotiabank or TD Canada Trust you can send us an instant debit payment just like being in a brick-and-mortar store. Each bank has a slightly different process to send the transfer but all three require just 3 pieces of information:
  1. Our Interac EMT Payment Address
  2. Total Transfer Amount
  3. An Answer to a Secret Question
This information is provided to you after creating your order as well as links to your banks information pages on sending Interac Email Money Transfer payments.

I placed an order but haven't paid for it yet. How can I get more information?

If you still have the email receipt that was sent to you when you created your order you can click on the Order ID number which will bring you to a page on our website where you will be able to check the status of your order and follow the "What's Next?" steps to complete payment. If you no longer have the email receipt you can check your order status on the order status page.

I paid for my order using my credit card and it was denied. What can I do?

If you paid for your order using PayPal you can visit the order status page and try completing payment again this time being sure to supply the exact billing address of the credit card you choose to use (the mailing address on your printed statment) as the shipping address for your order. Be sure to be precise and you shouldn't have any troubles.
