Shipping Information and Policies

At WirelessMicrophones.ca we are experts at preparing and sending your package quickly 5 days a week. We realize that with the benefits of comfort and convenience of shopping from home comes the fact that your order will need to be shipped to you.

This is why processing your order fast and getting it out the door with Expedited shipping is one of our top priorities. From the moment your payment clears we are striving to get your order in your hands as fast as we can. Generally within just a few days or less!

Who qualifies for FREE shipping?

We offer FREE Expedited shipping on all orders over $50.00 CAD to all 10 Canadian provinces and the 48 contiguous United States.

For all orders under $50.00 CAD a flat S&H fee of $12.95 CAD will be applied to your total during checkout.

All orders being shipped to the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be charged a S&H surcharge of $9.95 CAD.

When do you ship?

We ship Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). Orders cleared before 11:00 AM ET Monday to Friday will be shipped that same day. Orders cleared after 11:00 AM ET or on weekends will be shipped the very next business day.

Note: The speed at which we are able to process and ship your order depends on the accuracy and validity of the credit card and credit card billing address and, if supplied, alternate shipping address information supplied during checkout. Erroneous information or alternate shipping addresses information that cannot be validated will result in your order being delayed or declined.

How do you ship?

We ship by Canada Post and UPS though other couriers may be used under special circumstances. All orders are shipped fully insured and in some cases requiring a signature for release.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will typically arrive to you within 1 to 6 business days from the ship date. Customers in Ontario should receive their order within 1 to 3 business days. Customers on the west and east coasts and customers in the contiguous United States can expect to receive their orders within 3 to 6 business days. Customers in the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can expect to receive their orders within 6 to 11 business days, however sometimes it may take a bit longer.

You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment of your order so you will be able to track it from the moment it leaves our hands.

Do you have overnight or other types of shipping available?

At this time we offer only UPS Standard or Canada Post Expedited shipping on all orders within Canada and the United States. You will be provided with a tracking number upon shipment of your order so you will be able to track it from the moment it leaves our hands.

Will you ship to addresses other than the credit card billing address?

Generally speaking you should always provide the exact billing address of the credit card you choose to use to make payment as the shipping address for your order. This will ensure the fastest possible processing of your order. Orders being shipped to "alternate" addresses will be subject to additional scrutiny and will be declined unless we are certain no fraudulent activity is occuring.

Note: Many credit card companies now allow you to add a second "alternate" address to your credit card account such as your work or place of business. This will allow you to provide either your main billing address or your alternate shipping address when making online purchases and have both addresses successfully pass the address verification security check. You should be able to call your credit card company and have your alternate address activated right away.
